IT show 2007 @ suntec

Here's a pic taken while at the sony display area, with the latest PS3 on show... darth moore was also there... so took a pic with him... but he seems to be running low on the 'Force'... juz look at this light sabre... weak ah...! haha... after tat we 'K' him... and sent him back to recharge his 'Force'... lolz... kidding la...









Today.. went to the IT Show at suntec city with leong and pak... as usual... 1st to arrive on the JE mrt platform... followed by leong... and pak was late... seems like we always take turn to be late huh...? lolz... since he was late... mi and leong went ahead 1st fearing we would miss any early bird offers... reached 5 mins before 12pm, but it was already opened for visitors...

ours targets for today... was juz discussing while on the train with leong that i maybe tempted to buy an external harddisk... why? to save all my stuffs la... like pics and variety shows... its juz to back up in case anything happen to this com lor... coz i'm scared something might juz happen... haha... touch wood... but seriously... i got too many important pics to be lost la... was also looking if possible to get a cheap DVD rewriter there.... but end up getting onli a LCD screen protector for my new phone...

leong... he's the biggest spender of the day... he got a 2 GB mini SD card and a DOPOD phone at singtel... and freebies like memory card pouch/holder and a canon photo printer worth $279

pak got a 2 GB mini SD card too...

then was also looking at some stuffs to buy for our frens upcoming birthday...

there was really alot of things on show... so its worth the look lor.... even though it gets really tiring after walking rounds and rounds for bargains... if u dun go for it... i might lose it somehow lor... like leong and pak saw this really cheap 2 GB mini SD card selling at $26.50, shld be the cheapest ard... but was hesitating.... so we went for lunch 1st, coz we were really shagged... after we came back... the price went up to $28.90... see wat i mean by grabbing the chance while u can...? *applies to other stuffs as well...

after the 1st round of collect brouchers and comparing prices... we went to have our lunch at subway... a bit ex la.. 1/3 price of the 2 GB mini SD card lor... haha... the cookies are really tasty... haha... so we go back to the exhibition hall for more 'sight seeing'... bought our stuffs... tiring of walking anymore, so we decided tat's the end of our day... but leong still have to get his new phone... Dopod 810... waited really long at the singtel shop along city link... then with the free printer voucher at hand... we head over to funan to collect it lor... more walking... and finally heading back home... tired...

Just an update to our frens... I was just informed that Evan was Hopsitalised for an accident, on the head it seems... hope he's fine... will try to visit him if i can but tml got duty... see how on tues ba...

now back to what i'm going to blog... today.. i'm going to blog abt my frens... yea... the ppl ard mi... the following does not involve any discrimination or bias... its all how i feel and what i do... basically its my character...

朋友分很多种。有些好， 有些坏。有些站在中间很愉快。(rhymes)
朋友在我心中，又有那几种呢?

第一种，是路过的朋友。在某个时候出现，认识后但不常来往。
第二种，是普通朋友。在生活中有一定的来往。相学校的同学们，有一起玩过的日子。
第三种，是好朋友。在生命中起着一定的影响。玩过闹过疯过。我的生命中就有不少这样的朋友，也常和他们出去。这些都是班上很聊的开，常在一起玩闹的同学。
第四种，是很好的朋友，有点无聊，但他们是比好朋友还好，但却不能到达知己的程度。这些朋友虽少，但我很珍惜。
第五种，是兄弟。我看这就不必多说了吧。
第六种，就是知己。但到目前为止我还没找到一个能说知心话的人。

那女生就有点不同了。除了以上，还有。。。

第一种，是小妹，也就是干妹妹。目前我很荣幸的有两位小妹。
第二种，是把他们当妹妹对待。说了是妹子就不会有别的含义。
第三种，也是满复杂的一种。就是喜欢的。喜欢可以分很多类。你可以喜欢她的个性，喜欢她的外表，喜欢她的内涵，喜欢她的品性，或喜欢她整个人。你喜欢她可以是应为她是那种你想要交的女朋友，是一个好女生。但。。。喜欢也可以是纯粹的喜欢，如以上所讲的，喜欢不一定会带有任何其他的含义，或是说一定要追她还是什么。那不一定。而且，每个阶段都会有不同喜欢的人吧，我想每个人都一样。
第四种，也是最后一种了吧，那就是爱的人。爱是跟深的一份情，与友情和喜欢不一样。爱，就是希望她能和你一起过下半辈子人。不同阶段也有不同爱的人。但进几年来爱的就是她。她是知道的，但是自今我都没办法知道她的想法，也不知该如何前进继续。。。

说到了这里，要转到一些比较不开心的事情。有些自认为朋友，但却时不时的暗中重伤朋友。那是很不应该的行为。这矛头并不是指向任何人，只是要说，既然把他人当着朋友，有什么事情说说就算了。别弄得大家不开心。害人之心不可有，防人之心不可无。如果要弄得人人的戒备心起，那做朋友的意义就不在了，对吗?

要说的，要讲的，都以讲明。认同与否是你们个人的事了，我也不便再多说了。

Bowling alley @ Chevrons

I rushed back from SGH's blood test to join SCSC's anniversary at Chevrons... managed to get back for a game... and top the group of ppl i played with... 1st game i played in months or even recent yrs.... a score of 129... sgt chan was second with 115.. hehe...

*Class is permanent, form is temporary.... tat's wat i always tell myself in sports... the standard is already there... but it sometimes take a while to get back to where u truely belongs...

ya la... my badminton is stuck at a level due to lack of practise... now it can onli remain at tat level... but its still above average ba... lolz...(selling my own melon) same as to bowling ba... since pri 6.... i've been playing le... ever since i stuck with playing straight and powerful throwing style... i seldom go below 100 ba... hehe... but i do get under once in a blue moon ba...

不痛 - 张韶涵

yesterday got a last min call up to go eat sushi buffet... so... not to waste food at home... i ate a little before rushing down to causeway point.... all this ard 1hr after receiving the call from LP... had to bathe then eat a little then take train down... so rush... after reaching they chit chat alot...

juz now went swimming with leong, pak and yw... now its raining... but juz now was bright and shine... 11am... swam till 1.30 ba... swam 2 full laps(back and fore) with my aching right knee... took the yellow slide... went to the wave pool... waited for the wave of course...then tan a little then 'lazy pool'... dunno why they call it lazy pool when we all got so tired after coming out of it... head over the jacuzzi.. of course... another chatting and gossiping session... then go for 2nd round of wave pool... tanning again... while chatting... after that the shower room... had lunch at the coffee shop.. then head home after we can't decide wat to do next coz pak dun wanna play cards...

now veri tired...

Seriously dunno wat to blog abt also...

its near the ending of the 3rd day of chinese new yr... nothing new... juz same old stuffs each year... here it goes...

1st day of CNY - Stayed at home... waiting for my father's brother and sister to visit... cause eldest son ba.... by afternoon 2 pm everyone left after having lunch... then my parents and i went to watch movie... just follow law... they say not nice... ahaha... quite funny la... singapore standard..? after tat went home... had dinner then went to my mum's eldest brother home for visit... wanted to go to her 5th brother's home but no one at home tat night... so head home lor...

2nd day of CNY - woke at 11+am... then changed to go my mum's sister home... coz my mum's side of relatives will all be visiting... stayed.... eat... wait for everyone to come... getting bored... haha... seriously there's been not much interaction ever since i went into sec sch ba... no bad blood or anything... but no interaction except once a while and new yr ba.. while being there... was waiting wat time jean they all meeting... end up i got back home and sleep until 8+pm then i got a msg as i juz woke up... at 1st they wanted to sing k... but they offered until 4am... wahaha... siao ah... of course everyone can la... except jean... so switched to watch Twins mission instead... lotsa actions and glasses breaking... and lots of twins... ok movie... but not really nice to watch ba... if not for gillian... i may not watched at all ba... haha... after tat lp drove us home...

3rd day of CNY - woke up... continue to watch 周日八点党 and 我猜 on my com... no visting to do and on one visited... hmmm... maybe my 3rd aunt is coming later la... haha... tat's went my ang bao will break into 3 digits ba... sob sob... ppl are already in the mids of 3 digits will i'm juz starting... and it will stay there lor...

there's getting less and less visits each yr... dunno how long it will continue ba... so far no gatherings have been organised... so sian... so one pls organise a visits to everyone's house leh... ahah... especially those driving... ahah.. can drive us to places in a day... lolz...

我TRY TRY 以后的未来

after sending off valentine's day... here comes Lunar New Year...

nothing much really happened over the week...

juz tat i did something i nvr thought i would have done... at least not at this moment of time... I gathered everyone inch and percent of my courage and sent a mms... to her... i shall not go further... as i dunno where its heading now...

wed went SDC with the unit perm staffs... have pizzas and walked ard SDC... and half a day was gone..

today was also another ¾ day at work... after work at 3.30pm... went home to change and head over to clementi to sing k with wm and lp... but both of them late... waited ½hour for them... haiz... end up they singing more songs than mi... dun really got much mood to sing and not enough new songs ba... then went to have dinner... and chatted quite a lot... at ard 10plus... we left KFC...

dunno wat i was thinking... my mind muz have something on... coz i hop on the wrong bus... tot i saw 183 but i got onto 185 instead... then end up at jurong central market there... so juz walk back lor... well... its not really the 1st time i'm walking home lor... no... i haven't been walking gals home... i spent quite some time walking everyday ba... morning walk to MRT... at work also walk here and there... going home also walk... furthest is from bt batok mrt back to my house... its a time well spent ba... lots of stuffs to think abt...

anyway... dun really wish to talk to much la... if u wan feel free to chat with mi online or call mi...

the journey... the preparation... and GAMES ON...!
i started out the day going over to vivo city... juz to drop off the coupon for the lucky draw at lenovo roadshow... then walked ard... slowly... as i was ahead of time... then was trying to find where pw was... since he's working there... after tat head over to queensway to meet the other guys...

met up with et, yj, hq and wm at queensway to get some stuffs... my second trip in 2 days... it was more crowded on sun than sat... walked ard... trying to get max a gift... since it was his birthday on v-day... then after that since got money to spare... so was hunting ard for a cake... but before that went to eat chicken rice... however... i got a sudden cramp ard my hip area of left leg.... PAIN sia... not the 1st time i'm having it... but the 1st while riding on a car... dunno why so sudden... the meal cost everyone at least $7 ba... but quite nice la the food... then finally got to a shopping centre and lucky enough to get the cake to fit the bill(or at least our budget)... tat was after we forget abt getting a lighter!...

then quickly head down to kallang for the real action...

the place was quite hard to go to... but at last we reach there... and after singing max a birthday song, everyone geared up for HELL IN THE CELL... it was really shagged initially... coz everyone was not suited to the new environment... tackles were flying everywhere... temperature was rising... everyone was heated up for the occasion... well... everything still went on smoothly i guess... only a few minor bruises here and there with mw having the onli more serious injury in sprained ankle...

s25 loss all matches played... sian ¼,½,¾... haiz... we lacked stamina and a strong midfielder... tat's our conclusion while taking cab back home with the guys... but after mixing ard the team... we managed to win some games... or at least a few of us... juz need that one or 2 changes to the team...

after that had supper at mac at JEC... its the first time since i think world cup that a few of us managed to get together to watch soccer ba(mac was showing EPL at tat time)... really miss those times... guess it will be much better since all of them going to/ORD-ed le..

the urge to once again say the words i wrote on that paper... a piece of shaped paper that's full of heart and sincerity... but words that is hard to come out of my mouth...

As much as i looked calmed on the outside... the thoughts inside my mind are playing havoc... in a week time... it will be juz another day to some... while significant to some others too... u know wat i mean...

roses... fine dining... gifts... couples holding hands... kisses... hugs... love will be in the air... etc...

lonely, i'm....
envy, i certainly will feel a little...
but all these are not abt life and death... so dun worry about mi...

so wat's troubling...? the same old thing i guess... for those following closely to my blog will be a bit clearer than others... while those whom know mi will understand much... some ppl will feel than i'm whinning all over again...

its be juz over a yr le... things hasn't really changed much... it all started from a look... then the feeling... and everything juz flows into mi...(my wordings a bit weird, i feel it too, haha)... then follows by the patience... confessions... and back to the long wait... wat's the wait for...? why the wait..? who am i waiting..?

then one may ask... why mi...? what is there in mi...? who am i to be the one...? then the wait and search continues... The love nvr dies... as long as the heart continues to beat... dun ask mi why, coz tat's how i feel...

always one the backfoot, one day i tried to move ahead... but maybe its too late... coz some events induce fear, while some pushes u on... some leaves things behind that's not easy to put down... anyway... i wishes all couples to be happily together with their love ones... may they be the one for u and be true to u all the way...

Time and time again i feel like changing the blog name... but maybe i'm juz too lazy to do it... or the memories it holds are juz too precious to be deleted... hmm... changing name isn't gonna delete my post ah..? hehe... but recently due to the closure of the program hello, i was seeking another one so as to post pics... then came picasa 2.. which required a google account... and it thus enable a new blogger created account... but it can't bring over all the memories of the existing blog... hence frustration on whether new will be better than old..?

getting out of point le... anyway... dunno whether its good news or not... i think i'm almost sure of getting ahead with the operation on my nose... coz after some checking... i should get subsidied for my operation, at least tat's wat my chief clerk said... so... 28th will be the decision making day then... blood tests and confirmation of ward to be taken... but...! recently... heard that wen jie got excessive bleeding after his operation... so... its a bit scary now la.. although mine is considered a minor operation as to his jaw ops... but anything can happen la... so... pray hard lor..

anyway... tat's all le ba... the cage is confirmed... 7-10pm..! siao ah..? i next day on duty lor..! sure die sia... hahaa... anyone wanna date mi can register now... lolz... kidding la...
