Baking choco cake
Was baking chocolate cake yesterday... seperate into 2 sets after mixing the mixture... wanted to put them on top of the other but end up breaking one of it into 2 big pieces... also attempted to make chocolate frosting... but it was a failure.. 1st i semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of cocoa, next i didn't have vailla... the end product was too sweet and have s weird choco taste... so i tried to dampen the sweetness by mixing in more milk...
here's my ultra sinful triple chocolate dessert... haha... chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream topping off with chocolate sauce and chips... waahaha.... i'm going to be ultra fat after this ultra sinful dessert...

Happy Lunar New Year...!
this new year been pretty plain... as in its the same as last year... and the yr before... and before... haha...
well... guess everyone's been wondering where i've been... my last post was new year celebration with all the fireworks pics...
my gf went back home town last friday... been missing her since... hope she's having fun back with her family and relatives...
well... new yr eve started with some soccer action in the morning... as usual it was only the few of us playing... we ended up playing royal rumble style... the team tat lets in goals have to vote out one player... this continue until the last man standing... my team played 5 vs 6 initally... but i drew the first blood to balance up both teams... guess wat... we end up winning with 3 vs 1... eeteck was the last person left in the teams after we dominated... haha...
had to rush back afterwards coz mum said reunion dinner is at 12.30pm... after lunch... i was pretty much rotting at home... watching tv and eating the cny goodies...
1st day or new year... stayed at home and waited for my paternal side relatives to visit... it was mainly fried food though... coz mum dun feel like cooking.. haha... after tat waited till evening time then we went over to my aunt house to have bbq dinner... ok... half bbq and half steamboat... after tat was more ang bao taking and tv watching.. there was also yam paste(or ni) and lou hei to end with...
2nd day... went to visit a few of my maternal relatives... and visited the temple twice... as this yr i'm 'fan tai sui'... have to do some 'bai bai' to ward off bad stuffs ba... after tat in the afternoon my eldest bro drove us to seng kang to do visiting... end up driving ard looking for tat block... tat place is pretty messed up... had to bring up the street directory to find the place... after tat went back home and travel to wm's house for some mahjong session... we didn't finish even a round... its was ¾ through but i lost $2... haha...
3rd day... stayed at home whole day...
today.. school starts...
its quite bored.. mahjong? anyone? haha...
