after went to TTsh for shoulder medical review... the doc gave an all clear for now... next appt on 29th Dec... IPPT still pondering whether i can take or not... but need to train for it if i wan to...
after tat went go watch movie with my fren, Hancock... a funny but sad sorry... not a great movie ba... looking forward to watching RED CLIFF soon...
