yes.. i received my Lumix FX3... its nice... its wide screen... it is covered by 2 warranties... a US and a Canada, BUT NO WORLD WIDE WARRANTY...!!! this is such disappointment after discovering that best denki is selling it cheaper with ebay also providing better offers... anyway.. still satisfied but now looking for protection for my lumix... yes... if u can help mi find its silicon cover pls tell mi... below the range of 10-15 bucks ba... also looking for the LCD screen protector... u guys are welcome to contribute.. hehe...

January 2006 - Its the month juz after my Grad NIte.... took lots of pics with frens that i may nvr see them again... 2 are new frens... that i got the msn contact soon after... it was also chinese new yr... and my birthday...

March 06 - I enlisted... i got new frens... new buddies... and early book out... lol... but before tat was the A-lvl result which i got quite badly... pass... but barely... oh... there was the world cup on display in SG and i got a pic with it... there was also a small 2/5 gathering... and a super long post which-i-think-this-post-will-not-overdo-it... haha... and it was ******'s birthday.... while i was in camp during confinement, PL was assign to overlook my blog and she added a post... haha... then there was the fever out break tat i get every bookout... and something about L.O.V.E...
April 06 - I began life as an OOT... seeing the stupid specialist of mine... and being posted out... after doing lots of sai gang...
May 06 - err... nothing much... more abt loves that i dun own... lots of rubbish talking...
June 06 - I made a wish list for things i wanna buy if i can save up... guess wat... of the 6, i completed half of it... i got a new adidas bag... i got 2 soccer boots... one for field(which i haven use it yet) another for street soccer... and i Juz got my new digi cam... goodbye the days where i have to plead others and beg them to lend mi theirs... haha.... maybe a bit over la.. but i did asked ard like mad for use on my grad nite and my coy's POP...
July 06 - maybe its a boring month.... i can't find any interesting things from posts in this mth...
August 06 - Most of us went for elin's birthday at chalet and had fun... took lots of pics.. went with peter they all to see national day's fireworks... got a field soccer boots.. went for amy-came-back-to-SG gathering... and the most angry thing... some stupid hk newspaper photographer took pic while gilian was changing..!!!! since then they have been charged and apologise le...
September 06 - 1st time got into Istana... unpleasant though... sprain my ankles lots of times...
October 06 - The big haze causing lots of trouble... got excited abt maybe going to taiwan...
November 06 - Bought my new street soccer boots, too tight... injuring my feet... made another wishing list... but onli able to fulfill buying ankle socks tat part... hmmm... now having doubts whether to buy new sports shoe... the irritating CPC keep asking mi back for recourse when i'm still under status... went out and fulfill my long wish of eating the cheese and chocolate fondue... thereby recording my most expensive meal eaten yet... $55.66... met up with the guys to celebrate leong's birthday... watched movie and had dinner at swensen where there's poor service... haha...
December 06 - The wettest December in 130+ yrs of singapore history... woah... they have records so far back ah..? lolz... saw jocie kwok at IMM... cute and thin... lolz.. bought Sing, shi xin huey's album... not bad... busy writing christmas cards to 21 person... all done in ard 8 hrs... in the past i usually take a few days to complete as i have much more stuffs to writing and try to fill up the cards with words... but nowadays... nothing much to say le... its the thoughts that counts ma... ahaha... put up a christmas tree on my blog... but no one went to click and leave a msg... haiz... so saddening... went for a trip to JB... my 1st actual oversea trip in like 10 yrs... or ard there... think my total count of oversea trip never got pass 5 ba...
made my purchase of digi cam, lumix fx3, from amazon.com.. which seems like a poor judgement from mi... making rash decision into buying... no warranty and no free gifts... tot i was getting it cheap... but onli to find there's always greener grasses on the other side... haiz... but i did arrive be4 the new yr... so oki ba... then there was the christmas party over at Yw's uncle place... although belated.. but it was always fun to have frens ard and play with... helped out in the preparation of the food since afternoon be4 the peeps arrive... well... can say the highlight was amanda and hq voted as best dressed ba... sabo-ing hq to kiss amanda.. haha... received a nice gift from amy... which is now hanging down from my ceiling light... a bit too high to detect much wind ba... although there are strong winds... the chimes didn't sound much... but anyway... the colours suit my wall also... great...
seems like a short post... finished my conclusion of the yr... wat else can i talk abt...?

2nd last update be4 the end of the yr2006
Yes.. this will be the second last post before the year come to a close... y..? coz the last will be a super duper long post.. err... i hope so la... coz i planned to do a review of the yr 2006 with the last post...
well... juz an update of the movement of my lumix... IT WAS DELIVERED THIS MORNING...!!! BUT NO ONE WAS AT HOME TO RECEIVE IT...!!! haiz.. so saddening... why like tat sia... now then i understand tat when it said it handed over from processing to distribution department was tat it arrived in singapore le... hmm... well... it took 2 weeks to get here... sort of on time ba... from the placement of order on 15th dec... till receiving the item tml. 29th dec...
anyway... its before the yr ends.. so... i'll be happy anyway... juz pray that it won't play mi out by giving spoilt or defective goods with items lacking in the package... i can't take anymore shocks lor...! the sales at best denki already pissing mi off le... haiz... ya... forget abt tat la... at least i still get it cheaper tat retail price... sob... lol...
work today was horrible... everytime when i go back to work from leave or off or MC... i get lots of arrows and work to do...
why..? coz i'm the onli storeman...
coz i'm the onli capable man in the unit..?
coz i'm easily bullied..?

hmmm... i doubt there will be new comers into my mailing list next yr ba... coz no new frens from sch...
in spite of this rather draggy post, i hope i got ideas and time to write a longer one and get it up be4 the yr comes to a conclusion...

The cooked turkey and the Sliced beef with their sauces in the pic... it was still raining from the previous nite... received a call from jean needing help to carry the stuffs over to the party place... took taxi down... fetched her from her hse and head over to BP plaze which was a short distant... then waited for a long while for the person at ntuc to get the foodstuffs... both our hands were really full... for mi its not the weight.. but the different stuffs that i have to carry, thus over-stretching my finger causing pain... while waiting for taxi at BP, saw danny from 4/6... after tat we head over to prepare the food...
The 'Best' dress of the evening... ladies category... Ms Amanda... yw voted for her and gave his reasons... and we guys... agreed... so no objections lor... but the best dress winner for guy, hou quan relectantly carry out the task of kissing the lady amanda... haha... funny sia.... in the end kissed her watch or something which was too fast to be taken by our cameras... in the end it was a nice gathering/party... thanks everyone for being there and making it happen...

wah... got cheated sia...
Best Denki selling the lumix FX3 for abt $369... can't sian(one big) ½.... its their x'mas offer from the retail price of $449... haiz... anyway.. if tat offer doesn't include a 1GB SD card... mine is still cheaper.. coz juz not i went over to IMM to buy SD card for my incoming camera... walked around all the electronic stores... all the prices quite ex... dunno wat's with it sia... where's the x'mas sales...? lol... luckily i walked Giant... then i saw the offer for the 1GB SD card for $24.90.... a 512MB card cost $29.90... isn't tat weird...! a higher storage card cost cheaper... lol... coz tat volume of card is on offer while the other is not...
was also browsing ard the whole IMM for the equipment used in the variety show 'xiao qi da cai shen'... but can't find any... very hard to find sia... not even anything similar... its like a cane with a palm on it... for punishment usage... was also looking at the price of champage... then my fren recommend jacob's creek sparkling wine... there's one at $21... anyway...
guess the camera should be on its way to singapore le ba... i paid for the shipment on thurs le... when will i get it..? weekends tml... then there's christmas... still dunno wat to do sia... eve and x'mas day... haiz... any jio mi out...?

now they are checking against the invoice i sent them... after tat they will ship to singapore... provided i pay the shipping 1st... then it will be mine...!! haha... ok.. still i will make it in time for the new yr...
one thing worries mi is the warrenty... is it covered world wide..? or onli in usa..?
today went jurong pt... checked for the price of lumix fx3... and... it... cost... $469 at Courts... woah... err... think i saved ard $100... but i still haven get myself a SD card... who got free one give mi...? haha... 1Gb and above... lolz... well... its still wednesday... can i get it in time to bring to yw's party on next tues..? hope sing post can follow the efficiency standard by Fedex... from comfirming of purchase to receiving the package at US... it took onli 4 days... cool...

After the trip to JB... i'm on holiday at home most of the time...
playing FF-12, rot at home most of the time...
finished writing the greeting cards in 8 hrs on wed... can't remember...
then yesterday was baking some cookies... sort of the instant mixed bought from gaint... those package that have already mixed the flour with the choco chips... add butter and egg... mixed them then back... a bit sweet though...
other than that nothing much ba... except collected the $38 tangs voucher from bedok... yea... went all the way down to collect tat voucher... waste time sia... but still haven got time and fren to follow mi down to use it... so bored at home...
still got 2 more days then back to wk... duty... haiz... onli juz past ¼ of play FF... ah...!!!

the onli worrying thing is that whether i can successfully receive the item and safely reach mi... the process goes like this... u register an account at vPOst... then do ur shopping at amazon.com... confirm ur purchase... have to create an account at amazon.com also... then ur name and address put wat vpost tells u... after tat it will take some days for it to ship to the US address provided....

Trip to JB...
I will be on a 1 week leave starting since saturday...till 18th monday... OVERSEA... so work related stuff or ppl pls try not to call mi... cause i'm oversea... i will not pick call... haha...
saturday went to JB with peter, yy, jeremy, jh and kh... meet peter they all 10.30 at lot one... but again... jeremy super late... then took taxi to woodlands customs... went thru quite smoothly except the journey there... due to late morning peak hours... there were massive jams... and its a saturday... no choice lor... wait... wait... and more wait... taxi cost $10...
then almost breeze thru the singapore customs... walked all the way across the causeway... then stuck at malaysia customs... haiz... no aircon, no fan... juz long queue and queue cutters... 1½ to 2 hrs later... we made it past the malaysia customs.. the 1st thing we heard was... "lai, taxi, lai" "lai taxi lai"... lolz... so eager to do our business... but later on when we need them... all dun wan to give us a ride...!!!
walked to city square to look for food as we are starving to death due to the wait at the customs... tat is something the customs need to look into to improve... went to have our lunch at Kenny rogers' roasters... it cheap... the price i think same as singapore.. onli difference is the currency used... i think everyone paid ard $10+ onli... but veri full... then went walk ard shopping... onli yy didn't buy anything... the bubble tea station was expensive... same as singapore...
i bought a jeans at LP zone... @ard S$35 ba... huh... still abit expensive ba... but my closet onli like 1 pair of jeans... so this is for chinese new yr ba.. then also went into the adidas shop and grap a liverpool cap... red colour... ahaha... adidas things same price as of anywhere ba... the cap ard $24? there the shop quite cheap ba... but think mostly pirated goods... and the shops in the inner city like ganged up... all using the same discount display cards... selling mostly the same (pirated?)things... then by 4pm we ran out of place to shop le... so walked down the levels... wanted to watch movies but too crowded... sing k? onli 2 hours be4 dinner... then when we wanted to do the Da Ma garden to have dinner... it started to pour outside... when the rain stops... we went all over the place to look for taxi but the streets when damn crowded and taxis were either taken or refused to do business... the road there really dangerous... the traffic light system is useless and the drivers 'own' the road... if u get knocked down not their business... u are responsible for ur own safety... and please take care of ur own personal items... and dun go alone... ahaha...
so waited for keng seng to come look for us since we can't meet him for cooked food at da ma garden... when to eat at city sq 2nd level... damn cheap... ordered 4 dishes and 1 soup... everyone paid like S$5... haha... even though the rest of the guys not that filled... returning back to singapore was much more smoother... reached home an hour later from JB... coz the bus 160 took quite a long route back... it was quite fun... but if u asked mi to go again... please provide the transport... otherwise it will be hard to convince mi to go again... unless u can ensure that there will not be any long waits...
all in all.. it was quite fun and tiring... didn't take any pics.. coz scared ppl target my hp if it flashed it too often... haha....
birthday in less then 2 mths... 21st... but dunno wat to do... few things tat i'm pondering... coz its during weekdays.. so i think veri difficult to get ppl... organise party at K-box? chalet? or dun do anything..? pondering.... pondering...
saturday went to JB with peter, yy, jeremy, jh and kh... meet peter they all 10.30 at lot one... but again... jeremy super late... then took taxi to woodlands customs... went thru quite smoothly except the journey there... due to late morning peak hours... there were massive jams... and its a saturday... no choice lor... wait... wait... and more wait... taxi cost $10...

Christmas is coming... wat will u be doing..? currently... i juz bought the cards... will be preparing to write them during my leave period the week after next...
well... didn't really know why i started sending out cards in the 1st place... dated more than 8yrs back le ba... maybe its a way of keeping contacts with my frens... thus i started it... well... back in those days... ppl were bring books sort of like dairy for ppl to write abt themselves... so i went to get one also... and asked my classmates to write in them... then with their contacts... i sent cards to them to wish them well as it was after PSLE... and we were parting ways...
hence i continue this tradition of mine... and try to add new frens to my mailing list each yr... and after learning a bit of caligraphy in lower sec... i started writing the cards using it... but all the time the words are slanted... so this yr i shall put more heart to it.... although last yr's card was pretty fancy... this yr's are ok... hehe... its the thoughts tat matter la... haha... well... thinking of some ways i can improve on the contents... so those going to receive my cards will get to see it lor.. hhaa...
latest news that linkin park's album with be out in mid 2007... on friday... besides buying x'mas cards... i also bought shi xin huey's new album... 'from taipei to beijing'... well... i liked her over pan jia li... sry... no offence... well... this album is not very good... but quite ok... coz i haven really spend some time to listen to it properly... so can't judge it yet... but there are a couple of nice songs... so not bad... this is a 2 CD package with the 2nd disc a dance track remix of 'from taipei to beijing'... which is quite lame... 1 original with 9 remixes which dun have much differences... haha... though its remixed... lolz... also the album cover and pics inside are so boring... why..? dun have time to take nice pics ah..? lolz... all studio taken... so same pics or shld i say same outside all the way inside the lyric booklet...
Juz now went IMM to buy some groceries with my mum... then met up with peter and jeremy... coz peter wanted to buy a new hp... a sony W850i @ $99... then we went to walk ard and found that jocie kowk was coming over as the spokeperson of Ajisan... that the pic taken when she juz arrived and was drove in to the ajisan shop further inside... the doll is the mascot of ajisan if u can't tell... can see that either jocie's leg were super white or she wearing white stockings... haha... my fren say she's veri thin with big eyes... cute..? lolz... also saw qm and her bro... after walking somemore... the guys wanna eat something... so went into ajisan... they ordered ice cream and also the la mian on offer @$6.90... so tat was the day lor... juz now went over to wm hse to watch 2 matches... arsenal and liverpool both thrashed their opponents...
X'mas coming... wat to do...?
wat i'll do is... i'll buy christmas cards and send to my frens... how this started i really dun remember... why it started i also can't answer... when it started... well.. upper primary sch ba... think in pri 6 or something... when i started letting my classmates write in my dairy book thingy... saw quite a few ppl did it in class and started following it... then thru the contacts they wrote in the book... i started writing cards to them... why specifically x'mas...? maybe its year end and we can sum up our yr and update each other ba...
anyway... bought the cards already... maybe not as fancy as last yr's one... but the intention and thoughts are there... this yr also got a few new contacts in my mailing list... each yr ard half or less reply back with their own cards... but i dun expect much from them as long as they remember mi can le... hehe...
Also... bought Shi Xin Huey's new Album... from Taipei to Beijing... well.. from wat i've listened so far...the songs... are... ok ba... not really very good... i think the song choices can have improvement ba... hehe... not really a song critics here... so forgive mi... anyway... there are some nice songs too... to dun worry... its a 2 cd package... the 2nd CD is dance tracks with different remixes of 'from taipei to beijing'... which is quite lame... 1 original with 9 remixes...

after hearing tat linkin park have nice song/album coming out during work on thurs... i went to check out their website... new song i not sure... but there were news that they are working on a new album coming in mid 2007 ba... title was given a slight clue of... ' T______ T______' well... tat's not easy to guess ba... so have to keep waiting for more news lor...
today went IMM to buy some groceries with my mum... then met up with my frens... peter wanted to buy a new hp... so we went to the singtel shop at level 2... he was eyeing sony's W850i... @$99... new 2 yr contract... which was quite a bargain to them... so he went on to sign the contract under student plan... didn't noe that the new N80 have a 3 megapix cam... its the wifi edition... no wonder...
after that we went walking ard... then found out that jocie kwok was coming... as the spokeperson of Ajisan...
