Liverpool is back at the top of the table after a deflected strike by Alonso seals the win with the only goal in the match... it was a tight affair with both teams having equal opportunities... but LFC looked more dangerous at the beginning of both halves and could have added more to the scoreline... the blues were not pushed overs but find it hard with luck not on their side...
i think the ref was quite harsh for the cards given to gerrard and reira... the former was due to a diver while the latter was just a normal foul which shouldn't have been a card... Masrcarano was being an idiot again trying to influence the ref, but end up gaining a card himself... he really need to shout his mouth if he doesn't wanna get red carded again...
So... chelsea's proud home record of 86 unbeated run finally comes to an end... and the Anfield Reds are standing top alone... but for how long its anyone's guess... the race is just starting to hot up...
