updates...

last thurs i went to remove the stitches... i juz remove the waterproof dressing after bathing and saw the wound... the back one seems to heal up... the front one still look a little deep but with the healing continuing... i was told tat the coming two months i have to continue to work on the range of movement for my shoulder... after that then i can work on the strength part... right now i haven try carrying any heavy items juz to be safe...

but the stupid thing is i have to submit a injury report now... which the report itself is so freaking narrow minded... if i have to put it that way... coz it does allow to explain my situation which is kind of a prolonged issue... and u can only report on a particular issue with an exact time and date... this doesn't allow mi to really explain my situation... forget it then... shall let the MO see wat he can help out...

cny is coming is 4 days time... time for ang baos... and mahjong... anyone? lolz...

* one more thing... i think its a matter of respect to reply a frens msg... that's wat anyone deserve, even if its a late reply...

leong asked mi a qn today... whether i still support twin's gillian after the edison chen's sexy pic scandal... well... i support them for their songs, their person... their private life i'm not really that concern... everyone should have their freedom is leading their own life... wat happened is saddening... but since that's the way they live it... its quite inevitable that one day these will happen.. they only have themselves to blame for taking all those pics in the 1st place...

and i think everyone has their own secrets... whether u like to share it.. with ur frens or best buddy its up to u... or u rather keep it as a dark secret... but it will only set others thinking and gossiping if u dun wanna admit it..
