Twilight, The day the earth stood still, IP man

watched all 3 movies within this week... starting with Twilight on wed, keanu reeve on friday and IP man just now...

lets start with wednesday... played soccer with the guys in the morning... met up with my gf afterwards and head over to JP... she was getting her mani and pedicure while i went to get tickets for twilight... we had to rush immediately after her nails colouring to the cinema and luckily GV still shows alot of commecials as usual...

well... Twilight wasn't a bad movie... its appealing the the ladies... but for guys... we craved a bit more of action that wasn't to be... the movie has lots of romance... so ladies.. drag ur guy frens to watch it as ur own risk.. u may find them asleep when the credits are rolling... haha... i rate it quite average... maybe its sequel can be

after the movie went to explore JP2, the extension of jurong pt... 1st we bumped into mw and his gf at the snack lane... then i saw weijie and his gf at JP2... after tat i saw mw couple again at JP2... lastly... seeing wj couple eating LJS... ahaha... after tat me and my gf head home for dinner...


friday night supposed to eat Botak jones for dinner but we were short on cash and there wasn't any ATM ard the area.. so we had to settle our dinner at coffee shop at BB... after tat we head over to west mall to watch The day the earth stood still...

it was quite boring at 1st... things only got exciting as we enter the finale... when the actress was trying to convince keanu to reverse the human-destroying-device... its quite bored seeing keanu's ever-similar facial expression thru out the movie... the movie doesn't rate too highly by me...

next up... saturday... met with my gf after work and head over to clarke quay liang court to check on camera prices at audio house... to our disappointment... their claim of lowest price in singapore is only the same as anywhere else... hence we went down to lower floors to fill our stomach... and we came across this new restaurant with quite a decent pricing for food... after tat we rushed over to PS to watch IP man...

while queuing to get my online-booked tickets... there was this couple tat took almost 10mins to get their tickets... the initially empty queue at the lane end up full of frustrated ppl waiting to collect their tickets... after getting our tickets we took our seats at the cinema...

the movie, needless to say... its all abt fighting... non-stop action plus some laugh-able parts here and there... well... all i can say is no one person really put up a fight against IP man... haha... unless u have a gun at hand... lolz... nice movie...
