Another reason y it took so long for mi to attend to my wrist pain is tat i sprained my left ankle yesterday... since it was games day... so i played with the ppl at my work place lor... then near the end sprained my left ankle while defending... at 1st was able to shrug it off after a while... but when i tried to rotate my ankle... it triggered the pain again... sian�... then while i was alighting at the busstop near home... due to the crowd in the bus and my filled backpack.... i was not able to walked properly... then my left leg stepped into the gap at the steps at the door... then "pain" again... well so no choice lor.. go see the physcian... but waited like near 2 hrs then got my problem attended... haiz...
