yesterday got a last min call up to go eat sushi buffet... so... not to waste food at home... i ate a little before rushing down to causeway point.... all this ard 1hr after receiving the call from LP... had to bathe then eat a little then take train down... so rush... after reaching they chit chat alot...

juz now went swimming with leong, pak and yw... now its raining... but juz now was bright and shine... 11am... swam till 1.30 ba... swam 2 full laps(back and fore) with my aching right knee... took the yellow slide... went to the wave pool... waited for the wave of course...then tan a little then 'lazy pool'... dunno why they call it lazy pool when we all got so tired after coming out of it... head over the jacuzzi.. of course... another chatting and gossiping session... then go for 2nd round of wave pool... tanning again... while chatting... after that the shower room... had lunch at the coffee shop.. then head home after we can't decide wat to do next coz pak dun wanna play cards...

now veri tired...
