This is my 1st attempt to bake cookies from scratch... previously i've been buying those instant mixed package... but since i'm free... i've choose today to bake the cookies... its quite a tedious as i do not have a mixer at home... all mixing and folding are done by hands/fork... it did take me quite some time to do step by step until the finish product of the dough... 1st it was mixing the butter and with the 2 types of sugars, then adding in the eggs... after that the flour and powders... before the chips...
well.. the end product wasn't as nice as the instant mixed... cause i don't find it sweet at all... well... its my 1st time anyway... that baking book doesn't have much cookies receipe also, but others such as cakes and muffins are available... maybe i can venture into that next time... waahaha... but 1st i have to get those proper equipment before my next ART... hehe...
cya... bringing some to my sweety later... still haven eat anything since morning except 3-4pieces of cookies... gonna fried some rice to eat le... byebye...
