Boosting Metabolism: 10 Tips that Work
Metabolism. Simply put, it’s the process by which the body makes and uses energy (calories) for everything from the cellular absorption of nutrients to running a marathon.
Sounds like pretty boring science on paper. Except that knowing how to efficiently metabolize calories could translate into a healthier body.
Whether you’re trying to lose extra pounds or preparing for the inevitable metabolic slowing that comes with age, here are some surefire ways to boost your metabolism to keep your energy pulsating and your body in shape.
Lose weight daily tip: Don’t Double UpHow often have you gotten into a great convo over a plate of pasta and eaten waaaaay too much? Or, wolfed down your lunch at work, while still typing away on the computer, finding yourself stuffed and uncomfortable later? If you really want to lose weight, you must “Just Say No” to multi-tasking. Take the time to eat your meals and snacks while doing *nothing else* and see how quickly you’ll fill up. An added benefit is getting the breaks you truly need.

Spend my day away in boredom, as much as i wanna go out, have a walk in town, eat some delicious food, it's not possible as most of my frens r having a struggle against the imminent A-level... no matter wat i write here, no one will have time to read... so its quite useless giving anymore wishes to those taking exams... messaged a fren wishing him happy birthday and he didn't even reply... dunno whether he changed number, or he dun even care abt mi anymore, or because its sent in the wee hrs(he can still reply in the morning wat) haiz... its a boring day...
My social circle are eroding as time passes by, there may come a day when its onli mi, myself, and jeff... had a great time laughing watch 'Zhong Yi Da Ge Da' yesterday night. Pass my Physics TYS to wei ming juz now, he wanna prepare for his A-lvl... but how i'm gonna do my tutorial...? lolz...
