Non-Stop action day...

Woke up at 7+, tried to switch on the PC, but the power supply is unfriendly today... it juz dun wanna start-up... after a few gd 10-20 mins then i was granted access... after a while packed my badminton stuffs and head to sch... got a msg yesterday tat wm and the others wanna play soccer to exercise during this long break in the exam period... i said ok... though was late for 10 min, meeting at 9am, but not everyone was there yet... after tat played for like whole 3hrs... under the scorching sun... set up a few goals and scored one myself, but kanna palmed by Ee Teck...quite tiring especially i haven been training on my stamina... during the break they talked about grad nite... then i think i'll be buying my tix from ee teck... then mr peh(a.k.a Lao Bai) came, thought tat they had finished their As already... rested and changed to dry clothings... looked at the time then found out it was already 1.10pm... my badminton training at JE sports complex was at 2pm...
quickly rushed to mac to have a quick lunch and rushed down to JE sports hall... reached on time but no everyone there again... waited for a while be4 training starts... 50 lobbings... 40 smashes... rotational smash-net, missing either will cost 10 push-ups.... did quite a lot... sian½... then ankle cannot ta-han anymore... think i strained too much after the 3hrs soccer earlier... then i halt my training while the others continue to train and kanna pump... after 1 hr... then saw lao bai again... lolz... he with another teacher came to play badminton... but can't play much as we onli booked 1 court... after times up... sneak out quietly and went home...
after reaching home then discover i got sun burn again... haiz... wat's worst is tat i'm suffering from headache... think got heat stroke... good lor... one day of sports action resulting in ankle injury, heat stroke and sun burn... wah... take care guys... during this long break... cover as much grounds in studies as u can...
